Sigma DP1/DP2/DP3 Merrill: Which Lens is Best?

A 28mm is not a 45mm is not a 75mm. One can ask which camera/lens is best, but that ignores the reality of subject matter. Still, some of those looking for one DP Merrill model with the best overall performance want to know which is best.
