Added to DAP is review coverage of the Pentax K3 and Pentax HD Limited lenses.
I have more material which I consulted in preparing this batch and confirming findings, but the material presented gives a robust basis for setting expectations, particularly to lens performance.
Included for each of the five prime HD Limited lenses is an aperture series with Ultra-HD entire frame images along with generously sized crops, all over the full aperture series. Each series is quite revealing and instructive of lens performance, unusually good in that respect.
The Pentax K3 has coverage discussing my field use impressions especially overall usability and feature set as I deem most relevant for the kind of work I do with a DSLR.

I am likely to post more coverage of this gear (I have more material), but this foray into Pentax K is an “expedition” mainly to get a feel for the Pentax K system approach. As presented I think it offers useful insights for anyone considering the system.
