Subscriptions & Renewals
The diglloyd’s Advanced Photography content is provided on an annual basis (subscription).
You get everything that exists in DAP when you buy, which is itself a tremendous value. It’s know-how, not just reviews. You also get all updates for a year. View the DAP table of contents to get a sense of what is typically covered. There is no download option due to the constant tweaks and additions, and the multi-gigabyte sizes involved.

You do not need a PayPal account to purchase, a credit card or bank account suffices. Purchase via PayPal (preferred) or personal check or money order (contact me for the latter).

Renewing DAP? Permalink
Renewals for DAP are eligible for a discount. There is a 30 day grace period: after a 30 day lapse in your subscription, this discount lapses. Because we notify all subscribers via email at least twice of expiration, there are no exceptions. Please notify us if your email changes.
Renewing ZF and DIP

Your login information
After subscribing, you will receive an email containing your username and password, usually within an hour or two (each purchase is handled personally). But please allow up to 12 hours before inquiring and AFTER checking your spam filter (99% of the issues). Outstanding purchases usually receive a response by 11pm PST. Response can be delayed when I’m traveling, please see the blog. Your subscription period starts after your login information is sent.
The email associated with your Paypal purchase is used for the response, so be sure it’s valid. If not, you’ll have to contact me post-purchase.
Spam filters
Please ensure that your spam filter allows emails from diglloyd.com. Do not wait more than 24 hours before contacting me should you not receive your account login information. Earthlink and gmail and hotmail are the most problematic in this regard— check your spam box.
Valid email at PayPal
Your PayPal account should have a valid email address. There is no way to respond except via the PayPal-supplied email, so if it’s not a good email address or the mailbox is full, etc, all we can do is wait until you contact us.
The email address must work without interacting with a spam-filter service. We cannot and will not interact with spam filter services (hassle aside, the legal agreements with some are unacceptable). You’ll always get what you paid for, but the onus falls on you to contact us should your email service block the response.
Single-user license
The review is licensed to a single person only; providing it/leaving it available, etc to another person/party in any form is not right—thank you for respecting the time and effort that went into preparing it. You may read it/view it yourself wherever you like. The license is tied to the beneficial purchaser as part of your login account provided to you after purcase.
