Diglloyd Inc email policy Last updated: 29 December 2007 This page describes the email policy of diglloyd, Inc, henceforth simply “diglloyd”. Diglloyd reserves the right to amend this policy at any time, though the policy will not change in an unreasonable way with respect to the intentions implicit in the choice of any particular email level. Delivery of articles Diglloyd’s online purchase system uses email to deliver instructions for downloading articles, along with the required password. By purchasing an article, you consent to use of your email address for delivery of the article, as well as initial placement on the diglloyd email list. By default, the email address used for purchase is placed on the Level 2 email list. If you don’t want that level, either click on one of the other links below, or specify your preferred level when you make your purchase. Subsequent purchases do not change your prior email level. Your privacy Diglloyd will not sell, rent or otherwise make your email address available to 3rd-parties. Click on any Level D header below to email diglloyd, and request that your email address(es) be changed to that level; this will automatically bring up your default mail program with the appropriate subject. Please note that the Level ratings of course do not apply to any chain of correspondence you initiate with diglloyd; they apply only to correspondence initiated by diglloyd.com. Since you may change your email level preference at any time, diglloyd recommends you start at Level 3. Level 0 (“Opt out”) Diglloyd will email you only under unusual circumstances, such as a payment issue or rejected email involving a purchased article. You will not receive notice of new diglloyd articles, discounts on articles, notice of updates to articles you have purchased, etc. Everything in Level 0, plus notification of new diglloyd articles and/or paid reviews, and notice of free updates or corrections to articles you have already purchased. Everything in Level 1, plus diglloyd special offers and discounts (no 3rd-parties). Everything in Level 2, plus announcements of significant additions to the diglloyd blog, new front-page photos, or any other general additions or changes to diglloyd web site(s). Everything in Level 3, plus emails that diglloyd deems of significant interest or value to diglloyd customers. This might include offers or discounts from 3rd-parties. Diglloyd currently has no plans for such use. Updates and changes If your email address changes, or you simply wish to use a different one, email diglloyd. Specify the new email address to be used, along with the old one(s) it should replace. All such emails receive a response, so if you do not receive a response, please see the Contact information.
