NOTE: After downloading, be sure to expand the zip file [instructions] into a real folder. If you try to read the review on Windows XP without actually expanding the zip file, the image links won’t work from within the zip file.
After expanding the zip file, open the publish folder and double-click index.html.

Expanding the zip file(s)
Windows XP
Double click the zip file to open it. Drag the “publish” folder out of the zip file. This will copy it out of the zip file. You may then discard the zip file.
MacOS 10.x
On Mac OS 10.3/10.4 the zip file should expand automatically. If it doesn’t do so, or on earlier versions of MacOS, use StuffIt Expander (Utilities => StuffitExpander) or similar tool to expand it.
Linux/Unix
Use gunzip or similar command-line tool.
