Expanding the zip file

This part is automatic on some systems, but others require manually expanding the zip file.

Windows XP

See How to Expand Zip. If you try to read the review on Windows XP without actually expanding the zip file, the image links won’t work from within the zip file.

MacOS 10.x

On Mac OS 10.3/10.4 the zip file should expand automatically.  If it doesn’t do so, or on earlier versions of MacOS, use StuffIt Expander (Utilities => StuffitExpander) or similar tool to expand it.

Linux/Unix

Use gunzip or similar command-line tool.
