The Coastal Optics 60mm f/4 UV-VIS-IR APO Macro is a Nikon F-mount lens with manual aperture ring, and thus be adapted to the Sony A7 or A7R using the Novoflex Adapter for Nikon Lens to Sony NEX Camera or other brand (Novoflex highly recommended). The lens is light enough that the ASTAT tripod collar was not used; the camera was supported on its base(best choice if lens weight does not stress the mount), using the Really Right Stuff L-bracket.
