The contrast in this scene presented an excellent test case for lens contrast evaluation: dark shadows along with bright highlights throwing high-key light into the lens.

NOTE: ACR auto color fringing with A7 files and there is NO WAY TO DISABLE IT. Hence the results seen here are corrected for color fringing (and possibly vignetting also).
