Gigapan users are entitled to download and use the Gigapan Stitch software on up to two computers.
Most any camera can be used with the Gigapan; I tested the unit using the Nikon D3x and the Leica 180mm f/2.8 APO-Elmarit-R, the finest 180mm lens available, and one with excellent manual focus control.
The Epic Pro malfunctioned on the very 2nd panorama, with a motor glitch (a slipping internal gear of some kind), rendering some panoramas with missing or misaligned frames. For that reason, I sent the unit back upon my return, although I was able to make some multi-row panoramas successfully.
