This page details how the Nikon D800 images were processed from RAW into 16-bit TIF for evaluation.
Adobe Camera RAW 6.7 (319) beta in Photoshop CS5, or with later images ACR version 7.1 FC or release version in CS6.
Typically, images are processed with a white balance at 5000°K with Tint=0, with a modification to color temperature in a few cases to suit lighting variations (“season to taste”).
