Pentax-A 45mm f/2.8

I shot three trials for this example, choosing the best of the three to show here. Focusing the manual focus Pentax-A 45mm f/2.8 is hit-and-miss, even with the focus assist feature of the 645D.

Test scene

The test scene is shown below.

Lighting was late in the day, and to the eye was not great, but the golden tiles looked better than what the 45/2.8 was able to deliver— a result that is rather dull looking.
