Distortion
Distortion is ultra-low for a 28mm lens, as good as it gets and the lowest for any full-frame 28mm lens available as of early 2016.
The distortion is slight pincushion (bowing in) through the mid zones, reversing to slight barrel distortion from near the edges to the far corners. This distortion can be detected on artificial structures and straight horizons but it is subtle.
