Aperture Series: Radio Towers (Nikon D800E)
This image is mainly about color correction and related bokeh over a deep 3D range on some very difficult high contrast subject matter.
Two focusing positions are shown in order to emphasize how focus affects color blurs, including the magenta/green color blurs of secondary longitudinal chromatic aberration and the violet halo of longitudinal chromatic aberration. Lens aberrations off center are also evaluated.

White balance was set off the sunlight white dish; tint in particular was neutralized to that dish. A polarizer was used to enable shooting at f/1.4 in the bright lighting (acting as a neutral density filter).
