Nikon D200 has arrived
My Nikon D200 is now in hand. A thorough comparative review will begin soon—I believe that standalone reviews have considerably less value, since performance relative to the competition makes for an informed purchasing decision, and allows additional insights into camera performance.
The intent at this point is primarily a comparison with its big brother, the Nikon D2X, but some comparisons with the Canon EOS 5D are likely too. If you have particular concerns about the Nikon D200 that you would like to see addressed, please email me. As the review progresses, various tidbits may appear here in this blog.
