Leica 28mm f/2 Summicron-M ASPH review published
Just added to my Guide to the Leica M9 are a lens notes page and examples page for the Leica 28mm f/2 Summicron-M ASPH.
The Leica 28mm f/2 Summicron-M ASPH endears itself with being the widest M lens that can use the built-in frame lines of the Leica M9. Anything wider requires a separate viewfinder.
Included in my review are examples at high resolution, distortion analysis and an aperture series from f/2 - f/16 showing the lens performance in that range, as well as my lens notes page.
The 28mm f/2 was made available for review courtesy of my trusted vendor B&H Photo. See also my handy wish list of Leica M lenses, sorted by focal length.
