To my Guide to Mirrorless (ALLVIEW) I’ve added the following:
- Examples from the White Mountains.
- Examples from Yosemite.
- Examples from my backyard.
- Examples from San Francisco.
- Conclusions and suggestions for Sigma.
These carefully chosen images provide keen insight into the imaging capabilities of the Sigma DP1 Merrill sensor, the 28mm f/2.8 (equiv) lens and the camera in general. Expect to be impressed, as nothing in its 14-megapixel range (finished image size) can even come close to this level of bitingly sharp detail.
It only took about one hundred (100) crashes of the Sigma Photo Pro software to get the job done.
