Leica M Typ 240 / M240 vs Leica M9P: Noise in Dark Areas

Following up on my noise analysis of the Leica M Typ 240 vs Leica M9P, now added to that same page are large crops showing noise behavior in the dark background, including a pixel column defect with the Leica M Typ 240. Problems often lurk in the top two or three ISO values, and sometimes as here, even as low as ISO 800.

Included are large retina grade crops in RGB as well as grayscale as well as the individual R/G/B channels for all ISO values.
