Ricoh GR Deal
Back in August, I called the Ricoh GR the camera of the year, and for good reason. See the extensive review of the Ricoh GR. Compared to the Sony A7R and A7, the Ricoh GR controls and menus are a work of genius. It’s just a shame that the GR has no EVF, and I sure would like to see this body with an EVF wrapped around that full-frame Sony sensor with a leaf shutter lens.
I used it Christmas morning for one terrific feature: full-speed flash sync with perfect fill flash (and built-in flash too). Plenty of quality there for those types of snaps and many more, being razor sharp wide open.
