Zeiss Loxia 35mm f/2 Biogon Examples: The Way Down Dana Glacier Canyon, Last Light (Sony A7R II)

See my Sony mirrorless wish list at B&H Photo.

These examples shot in Dana Glacier Canyon, just east of Yosemite.

They capture the last portion of my descent returning from a 3-day backpacking overnight trip at higher elevation. All images were shot handheld with Sony IBIS, pausing briefly as subjects turned up.

Examples at sizes up to 28 megapixels.

The about $1299 Zeiss Loxia 35mm f/2 Biogon is a winner for landscape shooting. Its zero distortion (< 0.2%), keeps being a winner time after time in delivering an exceptionally natural look. It is very compact and packs thus packs easily for hiking and backpacking.
