Nikon D850: Back from Nikon for Checkup on Flange Focal Distance Issue

In Nikon D850: Flange Focal Distance is WAY Off (2nd Sample), I discussed the flange focal distance issue I was having with the Nikon D850, an issue concerning enough to put off purchasing it.

I sent the D850 into Nikon, arriving on 27 Nov. It is now back in my hands on 29 Nov. I need to test it and see if it has been fixed (no notes of any kind from Nikon on what was done). I’ll be heading out for a cold trip soon, and I will do it then and shoot it alongside the Sony A7R III and Fujifilm GFX.
