The Night’s Camp
See my Sony wishlist and Zeiss DSLR lenses wishlist.
It was a long day, but the first day in a month post-concussion that I had pre-concussion energy all daylong, and without a nap, and in spite of not being able to sleep from 9 PM to 1 AM last night. Go figure. I am hoping that days to come preserve that newfound energy, though today was long enough that I may take a hit tomorrow.
That Zeiss Loxia 25mm f/2.4 is a wonderful lens for just about everything, including night photography. Along with the Zeiss Milvus 25mm f/1.4 (for Nikon/Canon), these two lenses eclipse just about anything else in total imaging appeal.
Good night, but see the note that follows.
I shot an aperture series today with the Zeiss Loxia 25mm f/2.4 of a kind I cannot remember doing before: portraits. I wanted to show that a 25mm f/2.4 lens can have outstanding subject separation. I’ll be publishing the series sometime soon.
