Hasselblad X1D + Hasselblad XCD 21mm f/4 White Balance and Tint in Mid-Morning Sunlight with Adobe Camera Raw

See my Hasselblad medium format wish list.

This page assesses the white balance and tint required for raw processing in Adobe Camera Raw in mid-morning sunlight at an elevation of 10100 ft in August.

Adobe Camera Raw Conversion Settings, SpyderCHECKR: Mid-Morning Sunlight

All of the gray patches are dead-neutral except for the two 2nd-darkest patches, which are 1 point yellow (Lab mode). That’s impressive—more neutral than most cameras which usually can maintain neutrality on the lightest patches, turning (typically) blue on the black and darkest gray patches.

Below, the DataColor SpyderCHECKER 48-patch card.
