Revisiting Fractal-Like Artificats with Fujifilm X-Trans Sensor with Adobe Camera Raw Enhance Details

The Adobe Camera Raw Enhance Details feature is a real breakthrough for both Bayer Matrix and Fujifilm X-Trans sensors.

Earlier this month, I looked at how much the Enhance Details feature could improve Fujifilm GFX-50 images; the GFX-50S and GFX-50R both use a contentional Bayer Matrix sensor.

I revisited two pages from my Fujifilm X-Pro2 review back in 2016 to see if the Enhance Details feature could image quality, in particular I wondered whether it could reduce or eliminate the ugly fractal-like artifacting resulting from the Fujifilm X-Trans sensor technology. It is very good news for Fujifilm X users:

The Adobe Camera Raw Enhance Details feature works in every case including this other example, but it cannot fix inherent design problems that I deemed and still deem unacceptable as shown on this page:
