Self Timer with Delayed-Initiation of Eye AF?

re: Looking for Reader Suggestions: Best Ways to Acquire and Track Human and Animal Eyes

Any cameras out there with Eye AF in conjunction with self timer delay?

What I want to be able to do is as follows:

  1. Set up the tripod and frame my composition.
  2. Set the self timer, initiate the exposure.
  3. Camera should start finding my eye ~1 second early, track it, and take the picture on schedule.

Can any camera do that?

This is a big deal to me because I am almost always traveling and shooting alone. And often I have to guess at some rough prefocus using subject matter that might or might not be at the right location (e.g., empty air). I like recording my adventures with me in some of the shots; memories of course, but also gear, clothing, weather, time of year are all helpful and tell a rich story. But blurry face sucks.
