I had not done this exercise before for the Fujifilm GF 32-64mm f/4, since I covered it several years ago, and there was no mechanism to use Adobe Camera Raw without mandatory distortion correction. That is no longer an issue with images shot on the Fujifilm GFX100S.
In part, I wanted to help myself decide how to evaluate the Fujifilm GF 35-70mm f/4.5-5.6 vs the Fujifilm GF 32-64mm f/4 and prime lenses like the Fujifilm GF 63mm f/2.8. A low distortion lens vs one with a lot of distortion that needs distortion correction is not a realistic or fair comparison for practical photography.
Includes uncorrected and corrected examples, plus crops showing sharpness losses from distortion correction.
