Distortion and Distortion Correction for Fujifilm GF 32-64mm f/4 ***updated to include a 47mm example at f/8 and f/11***

Distortion correction can be the bane of the best lenses, because it degrades sharpness and micro contrast by stretching-apart the pixels.

There are a lot of 'cheater' lenses out there that claim high micro contrast but only without distortion correction. Fujifilm is one of many vendors guilty of publishing MTF charts that ignore distortion correction and yet designing some lenses with levels of distortion that require correction. Indeed, until the Fujifilm GFX100S, distortion corrected was flagged as mandatory.
