Sony A7R V: Focus Bracketing Feature Cannot be Relied Upon

Already I’ve run into a serious bug in Sony’s focus bracketing feature.

Sorry folks, you’ll have to manually deal with a problem every time.

Did Sony bother to test before shipping? As in a field test to verify that their software algorithm was reliable? Design it in a lab and just assume it works properly? When one godamned field test shows the issue the very first time the feature is put to use.

Is is that hard to do BASIC testing these days? Sloppy work.

I am so disappointed after waiting years for a feature that Fujifilm had 5 years ago.
