How I Shoot My X100
On this page I discuss how I shoot my Fuji X100, not to be confused with the only way to shoot it, or even the best way to shoot it for someone else. But it’s the way I prefer to work.
RAW only
I never shoot JPEG, and if I could, I’d wipe out the capability from the firmware, along with all the messy settings that go along with it.
It’s also a risk to switch to JPEG then forget to switch back, so my hard and fast rule is to leave the camera set to RAW 100% of the time.
The Fuji X100 has such high image quality, that JPEG is foolish, especially if the camera blows-out the highlights.
