Raw Conversion: XPro2 vs SilkyPix vs Adobe Camera Raw vs Iridient Developer (Oil Pump)

With my years of experience in dealing successfully with raw files from many brands of cameras, I felt sure I could deliver an ideal result for XPro2 raw files; I was mistaken: I spent hours in Adobe Camera Raw fiddling with sharpening approaches, trying to achieve the outstanding overall contrast achieved by the in-camera RAW-to-JPEG conversion of the Fujifilm X-Pro in combination with extracting fine details as per my usual sharpening expectations. I did not succeed. At best I managed to produce a result in Adobe Camera Raw that was acceptable, but not entirely to my liking due to the unattractiveness of fine image details. And an approach with several types of sharpening. Not a very attractive proposition.
