Aperture Series: Bonsai Juniper over Beaver Pond

This page looks at the whole range of performance with a relatively close range subject (~3 meters) with a moderately out of focus background.

Adobe Camera Raw 9.2 (486) ACR Settings, Camera Profile = Adobe Standard. All camera and lens corrections DISABLED both in camera and during RAW conversion.

These frames are EV-matched, but ambient lighting could have varied slightly.

White balance here is chosen intentionally to reflect the feel of dusk in the mountains; the image would not look or feel right if the color were corrected to daylight (sunny) white balance.
