D800 / D800E Live View Tip for Better Definition

It turns out that using Picture Control can greatly improve the contrast and edge definition as seen in Live View.

This tip is good for shooting RAW (NEF), but not for JPEG, since the sharpening setting will be “baked in” to the JPEG. But taking the trouble for precise focus on a tripod with Live View and then recording to JPEG— well, that is a bit silly anyway.
