This page all but proves that the problematic veiling blue haze is an Adobe Camera Raw 9.5.1 (595) BUG. The RawDigger data (shown further below) is hard proof that this is the case.
UPDATE 13 May 2016: This is what I heard from Adobe: “Known issue. It is fixed in the next ACR update. High ISO DNG shots with super resolution”. That sounds good, but my examples are at ISO 100, the lowest available ISO.
UPDATE 15 May 2016: I’ve sent my ISO 100 DNG files to adobe quality control staff.
UPDATE 17 July 2016: the bug is fixed in the latest ACR.
