SuperRes Pixel Shift: Two Field Shots at Sunset (White Mountains)

SuperRes pixel shift mode (“SR-PSM”) has the potential for a big leap up in quality by for landscape shooting, but motion artifacts causes by minor lighting changes can make SuperRes mode unusable. Still, if one is willing to accept some minor levels of digital artifacts, it is possible to use SuperRes mode in the outdoor under some conditions. Two examples are shown here with SuperRes mode.
