Aperture Series: Wyman Cabin
This scene offered a very nice fill lighting from the hillside opposite the cabin wall. It also affords a flat (planar) sharpness evaluation along with some foreground and background areas to assess field curvature and the zone of sharpness.

Focusing
Focusing is not so easy with the Samyang. By eye through the viewfinder the range of error is large (the focusing screen is part of the issue), and so focusing by eye is not recommended for precision work.
In Live View, stop down to f/4 for better definition because wide open at f/2.8 the image is a low contrast hazy affair that is quite ambiguous.
