MTF for Sigma 24mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art
MTF wide open at f/1.4 is astounding: performance is so high in the center at f/1.4 that diffraction actually plays a small role; toggle to compare diffraction MTF vs geometric MTF (no diffraction).
This is world-class performance. The fact that MTF drops off to the edges is expected, and even so, the performance at the edges at f/1.4 is as good as many f/1.4 lenses in the center.
