Clearance with Rise/Fall (Canon)
There are no issues using Canon’s TS-E lenses on Canon’s 1-series cameras—plenty of clearance. There might be issues with smaller APS-C bodies.
For the Canon EOS 5D Mark II and Mark III, the only issue is with “fall” (shifting down). As shown below, this is limited to 5mm downward shift on my particular setup, before the lens hits the clamp knob. Mounting the camera at 180° in the clamp resolves the issue.
