Voigtlander Nokton 50/1.1 Ergonomics
Ergonomics, including physical aspects, and usability.
In general, the ergonomics of the Voigtlander 50/1.1 are excellent.
Build quality
The lens is metal and glass, very solidly built, it feels very similar to a Zeiss ZM lens.
The lens markings are engraved, and most use white paint— nicely done. The white-on-black is a good approach for its high contrast in dim conditions, though I would have preferred larger aperture numerals for easier reading. Exception: the red markings for the distance scale in feet, which are unreadable in dim light. Really dumb.
