Leica M10 Usability, Image Display

This page discusses issues related to reviewing images with the Leica M10.

No other camera manufacturer screws the pooch this badly on one of the most critical features that I rely upon for optimal ETTR exposure—the RGB histogram. Design choices made by Leica in the M10 beggar belief.

Tiny exposure histogram tied to shooting and display

It is not possible to display a post-shot histogram unless the histogram is also enabled for shooting. As the shooting histogram is tiny and lacking in nuance, I find it of little value for shooting, but it cannot be disabled also losing the histogram during image review.
