Vignetting: 35mm f/1.4 Summilux-M ASPH
Vignetting is significant at f/1.4, but the built-in lens correction of the Leica M9 reduces it as an issue.
Stopping down to f/5.6 leaves vignetting at a natural level, and except for the far corners, this level is reached by f/2.8.
The vignetting is rarely visible as something of concern, even on blue skies, and might rather be thought of as a sutble enhancement of the image, with just a faint darkening of the corners.
