Pentax 645Z
Pentax HD 35mm f/3.5 AL [IF]

Aperture Series: Pescadero Creek Upstream, Late Blue Dusk (645Z)

This outdoor near-to-far scene explores the consistency of sharpness and gains in depth of field for a real world outdoor landscape image. It was nearly dark, and the 645Z could not autofocus in these conditions; manual focus got the job done.

Depth of field expectations should thus be appropriate: in depth of field terms, as compared to a 35mm DSLSR, f/3.5 is equivalent to f/2.8, f/9 ~= f/7.2, f/11 ~= f/8.8. ; see Image/Sensor Size, and 645Z Focal Length and F-Stop Equivalence vs DSLR.
