The overall image look and feel is outstanding. Definition at f/1.4 is good but quite soft as seen in other field images. Stopping down to f/2 bumps up definition considerably with peak performance coming at f/4. The odd looking rendition of grasses from the X-Trans sensor almost looks like brush strokes in the grasses, a painterly sort of effect that is actually pleasing in this case.
