This aperture series show us the X Vario lens performance at its best using a class brick wall shot, albeit one with careful selection of foreground and distance subject matter for further insights.

Raw conversion
ISO 100 with 0.9 pull during raw conversion (ETTR).
Images were processed from the raw format into 16-bit TIF using the Adobe Camera Raw settings with a 0.9 stop pull, no shadow adjustment and no highlight adjustment—straight conversion other then the pull.
