It’s hard to find fault with the bokeh at any focal length; secondary color is superbly controlled, as are all aberrations—no double images, no harsh transitions, excellent unformity in drawing style corner to corner.

This out of focus image does a great job of summing up bokeh at 15.5mm—exceptionally pleasing and free of anything distracting—a hallmark of the Nikon NIKKOR Z 14-30mm f/4.
