For another $100, the E-P1 zoom comes with the 14-42mm zoom, probably worth getting for all-around shooting. It’s a solid performer in most respects. However, its maximum aperture of f/3.5 rapidly shrinks to f/5.6, severely limiting its viability indoors or at dusk. I had marginal success at dusk with the 14-42mm, with a very low success rate.
