Introduction to the Olympus OM-D E-M5
The Olympus OM-D E-M5 is a 15.92-megapixel compact digital camera with a micro 4/3 sensor.
While the E-M5 did not quite fit into my needs (did not solve a new problem that I needed solving), my impressions of the E-M5 were very favorable.
My time with the E-M5 was limited, but it was enough to satisfy me that it is a very able contender in the compact mid-range DSLR-like area, and one with a wide ranging high quality lens line as well.
Lenses
The sensor can record a superlative image or an impaired image, so a wide lens line and top grade lenses matter a lot for practical results in terms of shooting options, resolution and micro contrast.
