Adobe Camera Raw 9.12.0.784. View ACR Settings. Camera Profile = Camera Standard. Diffraction mitigating sharpening for f/9 (minimum) f/13 (a bit more). No lens corrections used other than the automatic required correction for chromatic aberration.

Note first that f/2.8 offers another stop of shutter speed in which the liveliness of the water is perhaps most interesting of all the frame. The Sony 12-24/4 lens would require going to ISO 200 for that shutter speed.
