Examples Sony 24mm ƒ/1.8 Sonnar (Childs Stuff)

The landscape in my house is littered with my children’s toys, and so I resolved to test the close up capabilities of the Sony 24mm f/1.8 Sonnar on another type of landscape, close-range photography from a child’s-eye view.

I found that I had very good success shooting handheld at low shutter speeds; the nicely-sized lens + camera combination fits well into my hands and aids stability.

The right eye is razor sharp at f/2, though I thought I had focused on the left eye— such are the rigors of close-up.
