Prototype lens used (pre production). Production lenses will be at least as good, and possibly better.

Shot with the 36-megapixel Nikon D810 (mid-2015).

With the focus cutting through the building, only a portion of the building can be sharp wide open, yet the scene is sharp in useful areas wide open. It affords affords strong insight into sharpness and bokeh across the frame.

Also shown in crops is performance in selected 1/3 stop increments for some of the crops in order to provided insight into contrast losses from diffraction with stopping down.
