Aperture Series: Triangle-Shaped erratic on Dana Lake Moraine (A7R II)
This relatively close focus scene was chosen to show off the bokeh and color correction and general sharpness behavior of the Sony FE 35mm f/1.4 Distagon ZA.
- Near to far perspective with strongly out of focus background areas.
- Close range subject with considerable depth relative to the camera.
- Nearby foreground in addition to distant background.
- Wide dynamic range lighting.
This series is not a sharpness analysis, but is mainly about overall characteristics. It uses a skewed sample, also apparent here in that the lower right foreground is sharp.
