The prefix “diglloyd inquiry: ” should be prefixed in the subject line.
Examples of good subjects that will be passed through and seen:
diglloyd inquiry: comment about Zeiss ZF Lenses article
diglloyd inquiry: please add me to your mailing list
diglloyd inquiry: comment on your blog
Do not use a generic email subject such as “hello”, “question”, “advice”, etc: these look like spam (3000 a day).
Responses to email
Nearly all emails receive a response.
If you want to be contacted by phone (eg for consulting), please indicate a phone number and time to call.
If you do not receive a response, then the email never arrived, was flagged as spam (see notes above) or the response was rejected or flagged as spam by your mail server or mail program (gmail, hotmail, and earthlink are among the worst).
